What is involved in the set up?
First, a questionnaire is sent to you to collect design direction and gather any further information your account manager may need. Once you complete the questionnaire and send it back, we design a mock-up of how your page will look with our new designs. If you approve this mock-up, we then proceed to set up the actual page using the new designs and will send a link to the page for final approval. Once we have your final approval, we send you the admin access to the page.
What happens if I want changes made to the design?
If you have further input on the design after you receive the initial mock-up or are sent the page for final approval, this is no problem – your account manager is there to communicate your wishes to the design team, who will render a design most suited to your liking. We allow up to a maximum of 2 revisions.
